The clear glass lids of the saucepan and casseroles have a stainless steel rim and an integrated steam vent to help you monitor the contents. All these items are dishwasher safe. The 20 cm non-stick frying pan and the 24 cm non-stick grill pan are made of recycled aluminium and have a ceramic and healthy CeraGreen coating that allows you to cook with little or no oil. The coating makes these pans easy to clean, but they are not dishwasher safe.
